Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of the nails and hygienic issues, returns are not accepted. Please be sure that your address is correct and you selected the correct size and style. Ask any questions before purchase, I will get back to you as quickly as possible.

After 1 hour, orders are ineligible for cancelations, but message me and I'll try to work with you if I haven't started it yet. If you selected an incorrect size or style send me a message as soon as possible and I will make the changes if your order hasn't shipped already.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason or if theres anything I can help you with, send me a message. I will do my best to correct any issues you have as quickly as possible.
